It’s a Ibis, so I wasn’t too bothered by the leaking shower or the infrequent room service. Still, it was quite annoying to have a iPhone charging cable andthe chocolate Easter egg from my daughter taken from my room.

Thoughtful gesture of cake in my room for my birthday was a highlight. The room was clean and close to transport links. We ate in the hotel one night and the food wasn’t amazing. Overall nice hotel with good links to transport, well maintained and clean.

Good hotel, well situated.

Clean modern hotel at value for money prices. Breakfast provision very good. Evening meal limited choice but not overpriced. Metro nearby- five stops to the centre or a 30 minute walk. Safe neighbourhood. Park Close by. Would definitely stay here again

Nice place and helpful staff.

Just what you would expect from an Ibis Styles, modern and well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Location good for the centre if you are capable of the 20 minute flat walk.

It's the second time I book a room at this property, and will book on the future as well. I loved the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. When I got to Ibis to check in, I was greeted by Luana, she provided amazing customer service and she was super lovely with great energy.

The staff at this property was very friendly and was always eager to provide us with assistance in planning our daily activities. The rooms were spacious and clean and the hotel was well located. Our only main complaint was that the rooms were so warm that we felt that we were in a continuously operating sauna due to the fact that the ac was turned off for thhe season.

My friend and I stayed here for a city weekend break-away, the location was so good for transport and so easily to get the centre of the city. Hotel itself was cosy, big, and we loved the rainforest touch themed across the hotel lifts and rooms. All staff were so friendly too and they had luggage hold.

The staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpfull. We arrived very early and the stored our luggage untill we returned for check in. Always had some snacks and drink available in the loby. Room was clean and user friendly. Very close to attractions and restaraunts. Would definitely stay there again.

To be honest when we booked the page had first picture of a beautiful heritage hotel, that’s what I expected. But it was not that, so I was dissapointed. But overall it’s what you expect, clean, tools are not huge, bed is moderately comfortable, good tool in shower. The cleaning staff do a great job. They need to fix up the web page as it’s really very misleading.

Would recommend for short stays. Room had a window but no view, curtains remained closed. Good breakfast. For a 3* hotel I would have expected to have a kettle in the room, but understand that this can be requested from the front desk. The staff at the front desk were very friendly!
