The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They were the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant odor in our room and because the property was sold out there was no alternative, but to live with it for 4 nights. The location was very convenient.

The restaurant food is really good. And they give Expedia guest a 25% discount. On top of that the 1$/day breakfast option on Expedia booking site is a huge plus.

Worth the money!

The entire experience was tip top. The breakfast is as good as you’d get an any all-inclusive 5 Star. Rooms and beds are amazing. Housekeeping is on point. We didn’t know what to expect coming in, and we were both blown away.

This property was showing pictures of a much bigger room and nicer facilities inside the building than what it actually was. Also when i talked to the staff about the refrigerator not getting cold enough, 3 out 6 six outlets in the room not working, Safe not functioning properly and locking, the A/C took hours to cool the room down to a reasonable temp. They offered nothing as a solution. To top it off the bed was hard as a rock! I would never stay at this place again even if they reduced the price to $50 per night. Stay away! So many other much nicer places in the same area for the same price.

Perfect spot to make home base.

Air conditioning was incredible and room service was on point. Windows opening to indoor courtyard was excellent. Can’t find a better location in Lisbon if you want to walk and explore.
