Bel emplacement pour visiter mais…odeur humidité

La chambre a une bonne grandeur pour 2 personnes, bien situé aussi pour visiter la ville, toutefois, il y a réellement une odeur d’humidité persistante et pas agréable. Même en ouvrant en tout temps les grandes fenêtres ça ne part pas. Cette odeur et d’autant plus désagréable dans la salle de bain en tout temps. À considérer si vous êtes comme moi et avez le nez sensible on avait hâte que notre 2 nuits termine même si nous passons que peu de temps dans la chambre. Nous étions dans la chambre 3

We stayed for three nights and all three nights were a challenge. We tried to leave before our first night was completed but they wouldn’t refund anything so we pushed through. For one- the room smelt like a moldy basement. It left my clothes with a smell after leaving. It was strong and awful. My clothes felt damp afterwards which is not good. The walls are so thin. Depending on your neighbors you will hear them snore. You need a code to get into the building and then up to the guest house area and then again into the rooms. You will hear your neighbors coming in and it is so loud we thought they were coming into our room. Don’t expect a good sleep here. It’s convenient to walk everywhere but not worth it imo, I wish we paid up more for a nicer place

Useless management tea After advising them 8 hours ahead of arrival, of the issues at LHRwith the sub station incident, and all flights were cancelled, they made out they would help to move a booking then totally dismissed it the following day & gave me a no show So they took my money in full and were useless at trying to help an already stressful situation I certainly will not be parting my money with them again

Lovely accommodation

The guesthouse is so lovely, in such a good location to get around Lisbon. The staff at the hotel (to check into the guesthouse) are really friendly and approachable. The guest house feels very homely in comparison to a hotel. Definitely recommend if you’re staying in Lisbon.

We arrived very early, were lost as no indication for guest house, you have to go to the main hotel. A young lady was very welcoming and nice, the young man after so-so... We stayed two nights but the room was not cleaned after first night, not at all.

Easy access, friendly space and really safe area. The beds are comfortable enough and the bathroom is nice and clean (great water pressure). 24/7 concierge service available across the street and really convenient location. 10/10 experience - there can be a little bit of noise from others but not bad enough to ruin the experience at all.

Great property, perfect location. Basically this is like a hostel with your own room and bathroom. Shared kitchen and lounge area. Walls are thin, if you have nosey neighbors then it’s tough. No elevator.

Really nice experience. Stayed in an individual room with a private washroom. Door was always locked and you would unlock it with a keypad on the door. There are a couple things to be aware of though that the property can work on. The washroom door was a swing door and didn’t properly close. Really weird for a washroom but some people can overlook this. Our AC unit wasn’t working and communicating over WhatsApp was useless. It’s best to go to the affiliated hotel down the street and speak directly with someone there. Friends of ours were staying in the room across and checked out a day earlier. Out of curiosity they tried to unlock their old room and the code was the same… they do not change the codes. The place is clean and otherwise comfortable to stay in and I would stay there again knowing now what I’ve mentioned above.

love the location

We love the location,walking distance from Rossio metro station. many restaurants nearby. just be mindful,Lisbon is the city of hills,prepare to walk up and down.

I have never had an experience where the hotel staff went through and removed all my personal belongings because I was one hour late checking out. I had gone to use a lap pool in Lisbon and I left something at the pool, so I arrived later back than planned. I understand that this was one hour later than the check out time but it is totally unacceptable tp fo through all my personal belongings including lap top and passport and other valuable items. I was not allowed to check in until 15.00 and they only have 7 rooms so I fund it hard to accept that they have to physically clear every room one hour after check in. To make it worse the Hotel that manages the airbnb, Hotel Memoria Lisbon,were not even slightly apologetic. I explained I had not intended to check out late and I found their attitude was very unfriendly. This is despite me haveing a lovely chat when I initially arrived. Despite the fact I was not happy, i informed them that there was a leak coming through the cieling from the floor where their accommodation was. I informed them of this to save water damage, but their reply was its not caused by us. I wasn't making a problem about this, mearlt informing them. I have stayed at possibly 100 hotels bioked through this site, and have NEVER made a complaint before.
