A SMALL INDEPENDENT AND AUTONOMOUS STUDIO, BASEMENT WITH 60x50 WINDOWS, 2 WINDOWS - WITH THE NECESSARY AMENITIES:

- Air conditioning;
- + 100 TV channels, with access to streaming platforms;
- Welcome kit at "Check-in" - (Water, tea, coffee/decaffeinated);
- Kitchen kit at check-in - (1 Kitchen Sponge, 1 wash cloth, 2 garbage bags, 20 ML dishwashing detergent bottle);
- Bathroom kit at check-in - (Soap, liquid soap, hair conditioning shampoo, body and hair cream and toilet paper roll) per customer;
- Includes mandatory weekly cleaning carried out by our cleaning services with replacement of bed sheets and bath linen at no additional cost to guests for stays longer than 7 nights.
