Need to be better maintained

For the high price we paid, I was hoping to get a clean room. We got only 1 towel pp, non a face towel, or a bath floor towel mate. Instead there was a plastic mate in the bath, and another plastic mate when you get out from the bath. It seems it was dirty and oily when our clean legs caused black stains on the floor. Also the window shutter is broken. Looks like a bad maintenanced place
