Oversold and overrated

We had booked for four days, but left after one day. The living/dining area was cramped, beds were uncomfortable and pillows way too hard, extras had no pillow cases. No hairdryer we could find, coffee maker overflowed. The shower curtain in third floor was too long, a fall risk, and hand-held shower head not stable, sprayed all over. Third floor tub drain wouldn’t stay open. Inadequate lighting & outlet’s for CPAP by 3rd floor beds. 2nd floor bath drain wouldn’t close, so couldn’t use the jetted tub. TV only on one channel, no instructions. Fireplace advertised but not working. No handrail on lower steps. No lamps in LR,, just overhead. No Kleenex tissue, minimal toilet paper. No WiFi on 3rd floor. We’ll be seeking a refund.
Stayed 4 nights in Apr 2024
