Check-in was very easy and the room was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and everything seemed very well taken care of. The only thing we noticed was it's a bit loud when you have someone above you on the floor with footsteps, but that is to be expected.

The eggs weren’t very good but other than that the breakfast was fine. Parking was safe and easy. The room wasn’t cleaned as thoroughly as it has been other times we’ve stayed. Crumbs were on the floor and smudges on the furniture and bathroom walls.

We had a terrible experience at check in. I had booked two rooms upon check in they tried to tell me I didn’t and I needed to pay for another room. I showed them my reservation and they said I still needed to pay. The lady who was at the front desk was talking crap about me and the situation in Spanish… (should probably know others also know Spanish fluently) The manager then came over with her crap attitude telling me again I just needed to pay again there was a glitch.. I called hotels.com and they had to call and figure it out for me…. The hotel itself was clean and nice, room was nice and big the bed was awful. Breakfast was convenient. Safe quite area
