We had a great stay and loved the little touches like the bathrobes and tea and coffee to keep us going until we could get to the store. Great location on the beach and everything you could possibly need in Rustington. I highly recommended this house.

Beautiful Stay in Rustington

From start to finish we had a wonderful family time this Thanksgiving in Rustington. We were so close to Waitrose, the butcher and the local Turner Pies which made shopping for our holiday feast fantastic. All kitchen supplies were there and ready. We learned how to cook a “spatchcocked” turkey to fit in the smaller double oven. Delicious! The beds are key for me as are the linens. Here all were fresh and clean and pillows were very comfortable with a variety of softness. The whole place is new and the 3 levels with full 5 piece bathrooms on 2 of the levels worked well for our family group. The powder room on the main level was great. The proximity to the beach was welcome for our daily walks along the beach. Although the weather was not great for outdoor dining all the furniture looked welcoming with cushions available just inside. The dining/living area was simple and new for the family game time after dinner. We had plenty of room on the three comfy couches for game time. Placemats and candles were there, making this a very warm and cozy setting for our celebration. This place suited our needs perfectly. Thank you and we hope to return.

Beautiful Home by the Sea

We had the most wonderful stay in this perfect town house by the sea. Everything was better than the pictures and description described, we loved every minute of this beautiful home. The views of the ocean from the 2nd and 3rd floor where amazing, the kitchen was lovely, everything was so well put together, so comfortable, and very clean, spotless actually. We felt like we were home from home. Mike and Misty were wonderful hosts and really took amazing care of us, they responded to all our questions immediately. Thank you for taking such good care of us Mike and Misty you are awesome. We will definitely be back next year.

Lovely beach stay with gorgeous views

We had a great stay at this very well appointed house with easy beach access. It was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished with lovely outdoor areas to take in the sea views. Very helpful hosts provided great tips on local area.

Paradise!

Perfect in every way. Equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Super comfortable beds, TVs in every room, superb bathrooms, comfortable furniture in and out of the house and the best views and sunsets in West Sussex. Rustington village is delightful, friendly, good restaurants and offers all amenities including a wonderful Out of Bonds indoor and outdoor activity centre for every age group with a golf centre next door. Littlehampton provides water sports, indoor swimming pool, skateboarding, golf, funfair and indoor activities, playground, lake with pedalos, superb fish restaurant and cafes and all on the seafront. The house provides perfect access for everything for families, but also for adults who want a quiet base to explore the beautiful surrounding area. Why go abroad? Hope to go back ASAP!

A great stay

We traveled to the UK from NZ and received excellent communication from the owner. They were very accommodating and were kind enough to allow us to check in an hour early after a long 30 hour flight which was very much appreciated. The house is bright and airy and gave us the space we needed as a large family of 7. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay here again. Thank you for having us x

Absolutely loved the property, description and photos were accurate. Also, we loved the garden which we found so peaceful, nothing better than finishing a day sitting on the decking with a glass of wine in your hand. Thank you for the complimentary bottle. The location is ideal for visiting places like Arundel, Horsham, Petsworth & Midhurst etc. In Rustington there are quite a few shops, plus a Waitrose which are very handy. Thank you for a lovely stay x *Couple of points that would help, providing a clothes airer for putting wet clothes etc. Also, there wasn’t any roasting tins, which made it difficult to cook a chicken etc. please note these are not complaints just suggestions.

Beautiful house in an amazing location

We stayed for two weeks with my parents and our three young kids. Everyone had a great time there was so much to do nearby in walking distance. The house felt spacious even with 4 adults and 3 kids the two bedroom floors are set up perfectly to give everyone their own space. The property had everything you need and waking up to the sea view everyday was amazing.

Amazing location, perfect accommodation

Family of 4 plus Nanny stayed during Storm Ciaran. House is spotless and has tonnes of space. Location right on the beach and cannot wait to come back in better weather. Superbly equipped. Rustington is a lovely little village. Big shout out to Turners Pie Shop that impressed this Northerner no end!!!!! We’ll be back.

Toller Urlaub mit der Großfamilie

Wir haben 9 Tage in Rustington verbracht. Das Haus ist genauso oder noch schöner als auf dem Bildern. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist perfekt. Die Aussicht von der ersten und obersten Etage grandios. Man sieht Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben viele AusflĂŒge in der Gegend unternommen, lange StrandspaziergĂ€nge gemacht, Drachen steigen lassen und vieles mehr. Die Gastgeber waren super hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen und kleineren Problemen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Ein Supermarkt ist fusslĂ€ufig. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr WohlgefĂŒhlt.

Sussex house on the beach

The property was beautiful, well laid out, lovely views of the sea from three floors. Easy to walk to nearby town, great for dogs as we could walk straight to the beach and nearby beaches. The house was well equipped and very comfortable.

Family Holiday

We had such a great stay in this fabulous property with plenty of space for 5 adults and amazing views of the sea. Both the indoor and outdoor space is immaculate and really well thought out. The kitchen is well equipped for eating in but there are also lots of places to eat out locally. Lovely to be able to go for a run straight from the house or walk on the beach would definitely recommend

This place is awesome

This place is as good as advertised, probably even better. We spent a great week in Rustington with two families, two adults and a kid each. There is plenty of space, the house is as beautiful as seen in the pictures and the beach starts right behind the house. The house is well equipped and very well taken care off. It is a place that makes it easy to get into the vacation mood and spent a very relaxing time in a very nice atmosphere.

Family Get Away on the Coast

The property is exactly as advertised and does not disappoint. It is a perfect spot for a family and the location on the waterfront is amazing. The town center is a simple walk away for anything you need with lots of shops and restaurants. The patio and garden are ideal spots to sit in the sun or enjoy the view. Definitely would stay again.

Wieder einmal ein toller Aufenthalt

Zum zweiten Mal waren wir in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Lage ist fantastisch, das Haus sehr gemĂŒtlich und schön eingerichtet, mit einer schönen Terrasse zum Verweilen. Rustington selbst hat ein schönes kleines Zentrum mit netten Cafes und Shops. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war wieder hervorragend. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

The view!

Fantastic sea views from the first floor bedroom balcony! The home is fully equipped with everyting you may need, plus extras such as coffee pods and wine. A ten min walk into town for shopping/pubs etc or 35 mins along the beach into East Preston, lovely especially at low tide. It's a smilar walk to the train station, did it once but after that caught the Coastliner bus from town which will take you to most places of interest.

We stayed for 5 days in early May and this is the best holiday property we have ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean, well maintained and very comfortable, we felt at home immediately. The property is in a brilliant position right on the stretch of green above the beach for walking along and not at all crowded. Rustington is within walking distance with lots of shops and cafes. We will definitely be coming back.

Fabulous location & amazing property

We visited during February half term and had a wonderful week in the house. The views are outstanding and the house is beautifully presented and well kept throughout, with excellent facilities. Rustington high street is about a 10 min walk and has some lovely shops - we would highly recommend the pie shop and the little bakery. If your visiting with young children I’d recommend bringing scooters as the walk into Littlehampton, along the sea front, is ideal for scooting. We will definitely visit again - I’m already checking availability!
