The house was up a side street in residential suburb Wavertree, very quiet, very clean, recently decorated and well looked after. Comfortable beds, good shower. Lots of buses into city centre. Nick was a most attentive host, both before hand answering our questions and he also came round to get the DVD player working when we couldnât. Highly recommended.

The host was very helpful and friendly. The place is comfortable and had everything we needed. I knew there were stairs but didn't realize they would be as steep as they are, which was only noticed because i recently injured my leg. The entry stoop was unexpectedly high and both of us tripp on it. But everything else was fine and very convenient to bus line, stores and parks. Im glad we stayed there!
Communication was excellent. The house clean, tidy, cosy, and very well appointed. The area is well served by an interesting park, shops and public transport connections. Weâll be back!
The duplex was exactly what my family wanted. We were looking for a long-term (2 week) accommodation close to our son's housing near Penny Lane. This listing 100% fit the bill. The duplex is clean, Nick our host was helpful and responsive, and the location was ideal. Smithdown Road is a short 5-minute walk and it has a full selection of restaurants, pubs and markets. Wavertree Park, Sefton Park and others are nearby, allowing my wife and I to enjoy a number of good morning runs. Transportation around Liverpool on buses and Uber is simple, giving us access to all of the museums, attractions and stadiums. This duplex was the perfect place for us to stay.
