Stayed twice on 19th and 27th Oct as we were flying from Liverpool airport. On 19th there was only 1 member of staff covering check in and food orders. A queque formed at each and eventually another member of staff arrived. Not good enough. This is not a criticism of the member of staff who was doing her best to check guest in.

A genuinely comfortable stay in an excellent room. However, the breakfast could be significantly better with a few small changes - healthy choices, fresh fruit/nuts/seeds choice of eggs, non-dairy choices, vegetarian choices.
