The staff were courteous but on the 2nd day they were overwhelmed. Items ran out & were not replaced, some items were not available at all. Coffee machine didn't work and limited breakfast hours does not help the staff manage with traffic.

Room was clean and spacious. Only issue I had was told the residents bar was closed when we arrived back. Told to use the app for Room service which was not acceptable as we were with other residents in the lounge. After speaking with the manager, the issue was eventually resolved allowing us to be served, but it is not a customers problem that you have a Christmas party on and want to clear people out. You advertise the Residents bar so it should not be closed when there are a lot of Residents around.
