Great location for City Centre but no car parking

Good location for waterfront concert. No hotel parking but managed to park nearby. Our car is too big for the hotel recommended NCP

Staff were friendly, room was great and comfortable. Public areas are kept clean and tidy and are really areas to sit and have a drink. What lets this hotel down is the quality of the food - quite substandard. Had a steak in the restaurant which was quite poor quality. Breakfast the next morning was plated but everything was either undercooked or overcooked. The pastries were hard so didn’t seem at all fresh. It’s a good hotel and great rooms in an ideal location.

This is the second time of staying at Indigo. Its a nice hotel and conveniently located. They offer a discounted rate at the nearby NCP. The bed springs are a bit uncomfortable but overall the room was lovely.

Excellent check-in. Person at the front desk, (I think his name was Brad) was friendly, helpful, and professional. He took care of all our needs. The room was clean, well stocked and bathrooms pristine. Totally loved the vibe and will definitely recommend to friends.

Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Long queues to be seated for breakfast. Waitress service as opposed to self service restricted choice and amount. Room was a bit shabby for a 4 star. Location was excellent to visit the main attractions.
