An old grand hotel in need of much renovation. Staff were nice & helpful. No free car parking @ £6 per night & no free wifi in the bedroom either. Not sure I would stay again but with covid restrictions.....understand some of the limited menu issues etc.

Very old fashioned hotel that needs a fortune spent on it,the room we stayed in was clean but the curtains in the bathroom were ripped n dirty gobsmacked they would put ripped curtains up

Very old fashion in bedroom and the lobby look shabby downstairs ok but rest yuck, the quilt for double bed not big enough room cold

We booked a family room prior to visiting, on arrival we were given a double room and 2 put me up beds were placed in room which were not acceptable for two teenagers. No other rooms were available, the next morning a leak appeared in the ceiling and we were moved to another room. would not recommend hotel although staff were friendly and accomodating
