this hotel is 9.2 on your website. Not possible. They have a kiosk check in which did not work. Was not offered an upgrade even though there were rooms available at check in as a Platinum Hotel.com customer. Room showed Nespresson machine in the room I booked which they did not have Just kettle and instant coffee. No showering Gel in the bottle in the shower was not filled. this is not what was expected from what was advertised

This is a conveniently located hotel,attached to the Lime St train station. The hotel is very nice and comfortable,but the rooms and bathrooms are not big-typical UK/Europe sizing. The staff is great,the breakfast was good and reasonably priced,everything is close by-lots of shopping,restaurants,museums and the Docks are about a 25 minute walk. Good value hotel..
