I only stayed for the 1 Night because i had to attend a Funeral in the Area. Check in was Superb( I was allowed to check in at 1pm) Room was Spotless, spacious and very Comfortable, Tea/Coffee making facilities. There was a radiator in the room so it was nice and Cosy. Great Shower. Comfortable Bed. Didn't use the bar or the Restaurant so i cant comment, but I'm quite sure that those would have been Excellent. Very impressed overall and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to Anyone. 10/10. Thank you all.

The pool was great. Staff in the bar and restaurant were great. Hardworking, cleaners. The sofa bed in the suite was not comfortable for sleep.

Room was amazing ! Large suite with two rooms, sofa, coffee table, two televisions, lovely bathroom. I didn’t want to leave my room! I even missed the event I’d gone for - I got too cosy. I ordered food in the restaurant and they put it on a tray when I said I wanted to eat it in my room. I took the bus from town out to the hotel. It took about 40 mins and then there was about a five to 10 minute walk to the hotel. Staff super friendly.

From the moment we checked in to when we checked out the staff and facilities were excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was delicious. The breakfast was the standard options of a full English along with continental options which were all fresh and tasty. We made use of the pool which whilst unmanned was clean, tidy and inspected at regular intervals.

The bacon wasn’t cooked and the hashbrowns were empty and tasteless. The sausages were highly seasoned and no option of tinned tomatoes. Eggs tasted okay but would have been better for different egg options: poached/scrambled etc . Enjoyed our stay but needed to call several times on way home for toilet. Would definitely stay again but would arrange breakfast options out of hotel. Shame.

They didn’t allow us to take our disabled daughter’s therapy dog or allow us a refund to find a different hotel; this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at in 5 years that has this non-inclusive rule. The room was really shabby and outdated and the electricity kept going off in the main bedroom line it was shorting out. The soap in the bathroom had an expiry date of April ‘25 (8 months ago) didn’t check the bath one. Mould around the seals sink and bath.
