Wonderful central location. Truly handy for waterfront, Liverpool 1, Matthew Street venues. Unusual layout of hotel as it is spread over three buildings despite only have a small street level entrance. No breakfast available but a next door Greggs can supply all you could want. All the staff I encountered were all professional and friendly.

This is a budget hotel in a great location - close enough to walk to the Albert docks and conference centre. Room was basic but very clean. Staff were welcoming.

Easy check in- staff great from when we arrived. Room perfect for a night stay with my wife where we were around all bars, restaurants & shopping centre. Parking discount provided by hotek when you leave. Make sure you park at the Ncp vernon st, only 10 mins walk to hotel.

Nice quiet nights sleep (which for me is the most important thing). Nice area too. The corridors smelt rather chemically and could do with some natural air. The bathroom light flickered like a strobe if I switched it on, so I had to shower and use the bathroom with the light from the main room and leave the door open.
