Great property and convenient to all things in Livingston. Easy access to roads leading to Yellowstone. Breakfast was terrific! The staff was always changing the hot menu and offering sandwich suggestions. Housekeeping was also very attentive and the small gym, pool and outdoor hot tub made our stay that much more enjoyable. The only con for me was the pillows in the room. If you like very soft, feathery pillows, you’ll love them! If you prefer a firmer pillow, bring your own!

Phenomenal hotel. Salt water pool was wonderful even though the temperature was a bit colder than I'd prefer, my kids had a blast! Breakfast was delicious with lots of options for everyone. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were very kind and met every request I had. Definitely would be my top choice hotel to stay at again when I go back to Livingston!

My ceiling on the 4th floor leaked but they moved me, the room I moved to seemed smaller. Housekeeping was not very frequent. But overall it was an ok place to stay.

Second time we've stayed at this property and unfortunately probably the last. It is FALSE advertising that they offer a continental breakfast. Don't count on it. It was bare 99% of the time and you had to wait 30+ minutes for them to refill the food. We had to purchase breakfast elsewhere.... just like other guests have said in their reviews. The walls/door and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear everything and it will keep you up at night. There was also pubic hairs in the bathroom when we got to the room. The staff at the front desk doesn't have any sense of urgency and will let you stand in line waiting for a long time while 3 of them chat with one guest. Better to stay at another local hotel that cares about its guests.

The property was easy to get to and the staff was great. The breakfast leaned heavily to sandwich but there was no place to warm up your breakfast sandwich unless you went back to your room. I liked the full size refrigerator and the room space was great. Beds are comfortable. A little noisy at time if people were in the hallway.

Great place-enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub, the refrigerator and ability to heat up food (I have food issues so have lots of food with me when I travel), great breakfast for my family, and loved the sofa and roller table! The only thing I would change is the curtain divider between the living area and the bedroom area could have gone all the way across to give privacy for dressing, since we had 3 adults in the room.

We stayed here due to the hot tub and fire pit. It was a very relaxing place. It was an easy location to visit Yellowstone and see old faithful for the day.

Me and my wife stayed 6 nights at the Hotel. Staff was great and friendly. Very caring about our needs. Breakfast was fresh and always well stocked. The rooms were specious, with everything you need in it. Best was the location though, 25 min to Bozeman and the perfect starting point to drive to Yellowstone NP.
