The almost 2 acre backyard with its stone walls, garden lawns and forest is the perfect place to meet with friends or family or relax after a day of fly fishing, exploring or visiting town. The 45 foot back deck is the perfect place to grill or relax in the evenings. We offer a fire pit with Adirondack chairs as well as a front porch for taking in the sunset. We loved everything about this home. Well appointed, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and larger than I had anticipated. We didn't want to leave. Also, the host was exceptional - super responsive, helpful and sweet. I'd absolutely love to stay again if we make it back to the area.

Great relaxing spot for hanging with friends

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s birthday at Hannah’s property in Livingston Manor. There were plenty of places nearby for my husband to fish with his friends & my daughter and I had a great time playing in the yard. It had pretty much everything we needed to make some great meals and relax. Thank you so much!
