The beautiful Villa Sunshine Tea is located in the village of Liznjan, just 1 km from the sea. This modern villa was built in 2019 and offers comfortable accommodation during the summer months, but also during colder periods.
The private pool provides a much-needed refreshment on warm summer days, while the villa is also equipped with a jacuzzi and Finnish sauna, perfect for colder evenings.
A modern open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and elegant dining area is located on the first floor and offers direct access to the outdoor area, where a dining table and barbecue are also available.
3 elegantly furnished double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the second floor. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV for added comfort. Two of the bedrooms also share a lovely terrace from which you can enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding area.
A covered lounge area next to the pool invites you to relax in the evening, while a trampoline is available for the youngest guests.
The bright, modern and light-filled Villa Sunshine Tea offers comfortable and stylish accommodation. NOTE: However, Villa Sunshine Tea is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed.Villa Sunshine Tea is located in the small fishing village of Liznjan and only 1 km from the sea. Various gastronomic delicacies can be found within walking distance from the villa, in many nearby restaurants and traditional konoba's. It is an ideal place for nature lovers and for those who want to relax away from the traffic, while the entertainment center is nearby. In addition to tourism, the inhabitants of this town have been fishing for thousands of years. From Liznjan you can see the Kvarner Bay to the islands of Cres and Losinj, and you are close to tourist hot spots such as Medulin and Pula.
