I stayed at The Seafront Hotel for a work and overall had an enjoyable stay. The location is excellent — right on the promenade with easy access to the pier, beaches and town centre. Staff were consistently warm and helpful from check-in to breakfast, and the reception team gave useful local tips that made exploring simple. The room was clean and comfortable with a pleasant sea view, and the bed was supportive. Housekeeping were efficient and punctual. Breakfast offered a good range of choices; the cooked options were well presented and the buffet kept replenished.

An older property but reasonably well maintained. Great sea view from our room. The room smelt a little of cigarette smoke and water temperature in the bathroom was tepid rather than hot on our last morning. Probably a minor and temporary glitch with the furnace! Overall, good value for the money.

Not happy

First off the room aren't as described /shown on the website. Our room was a double every bathroom pic shows a pic with shower ours had a small walk in cubical the area for the sink was very small. The bathroom door didnt work right its a sliding door and kept on sticking my partnergot stucka couple of times. The pics shows a tassimo machine there wasnt one! the floors were only hoovered where you walk nothing moved the towels are only changed if asked for they are not changed everyday. We did say about the bathroom door and we were moved to a room which was more like the pics shown but even in there we found a dog biscuit in the middle of room.

Great staff and service. Bedroom and bathroom spacious and clean. Very white clean bedding and towels. Mattress on single bed very lumpy and uncomfortable. Window handles hanging off. Great location.

Great value and clean!

I was meeting up with some friends in Llandudno and picked this hotel as it's dog friendly. My room was basic but very clean and comfortable. I had the bonus of a seaview too. The check in lady was very friendly as was lady next morning when I checked out. I was meeting my friends for breakfast so I can't comment on it but it smelled good!

Good sea view and clean. Not good service and noise nights and morning time from the corridors distrusted the sleep. Someone opened the door in the morning with the key don't know staff or other guests shocked awaked from the bed

A pokey little room at the back of the building. TV wouldn't work, beside light didn't work, it was a cold room & central heating wasn't on. When I searched on line for a hotel I specified with breakfast, when this hotel came up I booked it with your company assuming breakfast was included. Upon arrival I was told that it wasn't included. You need to make it clear what customers are getting. Overall a very disappointing stay. You & the hotel need to improve your standards. I shall not be using you again or starting at this hotel again. ( The Seafront Hotel. Previously called The County Hotel in Llandudno)

Lovely seafront view , room was basic but clean , could have done with a fridge in room , dog friendly, had our 2 dogs with us which was £10 a night for each dog
