Our check in was good. Our room being a double superior sea view including breakfast was excellent. We did not dine at the hotel as the menu in the lift was the same for the duration ( 4 days ) of our stay wasnt that inviting. We did have varying breakfasts that were good apart from the fruit salad that only consisted of melon & apple with the odd grape. So rather disappointing. Overall a brilliantly, tidily decorated hotel that we would be happy to go back to & recommend The staff across all sectors were top draw

It was fine overall. The only real grouse was that the staff at breakfast were not overly friendly.

A weekend away

Pros: Location, location location. Musical entertainment from a lady harpist one evening who was very talented. Cleanliness of all rooms & friendly staff.
Cons: No need to improve it, we enjoyed the w/e break
Location: Venue Cymru is a very active entertainmentt centre within easy walking distance. Promenade & long pier are easily accessible even for disabled people.
Located on the sea front within walking distance of the town, the wonderful Venue Cymru entertainment centre and the long seafront promenade and beach. We went to a tribute show there on Saturday night which was great? Our stay included breakfast which was excellent, the hotel is very well furnished, warm clean and very tidy. The friendly staff worked well to provide our stay very welcome. The hotel's free spa & gym are very good, again, clean & tidy which is important. Lots of lifts to the upper floors & limited parking on private car park. The Great Orme is nearby but since we visited in November the trams & cable car to the top had stopped for the winter season so we drove up ( £3 for scenic road trip ). The long pier is nearby & a good walk, again mostly closed in November. In the town centre there are many restaurants and cafes within easy reach with multiple coffee shops as in any town. We had a lovely stay & would highly recommend this hotel very highly.

Great retreat for a special birthday .

Booked 2 front facing double rooms in late May .Fantastic view of the bay ,comfy beds and slept like a log with the sound of the sea . Spacious room , high ceiling . No air con , but the old school sash windows do a great job. Plenty of Hot water & great gym & Pool / sauna . Restauarnt food , dinner and breakfast was excellent, everything you could want with local Welsh ingredients.
