This spacious mansion, approximately 100 years old, invites you to spend relaxing holidays with your family or a large group in the north of the island.

Business meetings, sporting events or festive celebrations are welcome!

The house is located at the entrance of Llubí, where you will find good restaurants and shops. The dream sandy beach of "Playa de Muro", 12 kilometres long, is 15 kilometres away.

The house was originally one of the first distilleries in Mallorca until it was finally restored as a Mallorcan-style house.



The house is divided into 8 accommodation units, each accommodation unit has a double room (2 beds) and a bathroom.

- First floor: 3 accommodation units

- Second floor: 3 accommodation units



The plants are connected by a central staircase and a lift. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating.

The house has WIFI access throughout the property, as well as large spaces to be together, such as the beautiful barbecue area, and a spacious covered parking.

For the installation of the photovoltaic panels of this establishment, a grant was received from the Next Generation fund.

Great spot in Llubi!

Large house with plenty of space for our entire team. Each floor is a mini housing space (separate bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, etc.) with a sizable lawn for everyone to come together outside. Everything was clean. Kitchens had basics, but nothing fancy. Location is great for walking into town. Would return!

A really lovely villa

So the villa was perfect and spacious. The villa is split across 3 floors, there is a lift in the middle to assist with getting around and each villa had bathrooms and kitchens. There is a large garage which is big enough for several cars and more parking outside. To the rear of the villa is a large bbq area with table and chairs, then there is a garden and swimming pool. There was 13 of us staying within the villa, 6 adults and 7 children, there was plenty room for all of us. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool (which in our opinion makes the villa) the owner was more than accommodating allowing us to stay on a little later Within Llubi there are supermarkets, a few small Spanish bars and some lovely restaurants.A short drive away is Inca where there is an Aldi and a Lidl I would definitely recommend a hire car, the villa is 30/40 minute drive form the airport and most beaches are a 30 minute drive away. There are so many lovely places to visit on the island, caves of Drach, Porto Cristo, Soller Market Alcudia ect.. So all in all this villa is perfect for a family holiday, the private pool is perfect for everyone, it's in a great central location and the owners are accommodating. The only issue we had was the final electricity bill €400, we felt that this was expensive €0.30 per kilo watt. We didn't feel that we over used the air-conditioning (2/3 hours a night just to cool the rooms) however just this usage and the lift was enough to make it expensive. This isn't a complaint it's just a word of warning be careful when using the electricity. There was no other issues

La casa realmente cumplía todas nuestras expectativas. Es como se ve en las fotos. Grande, bonita, y en buen estado. Con una zona grande para hacer barbacoa y comer al lado de la piscina. todo perfecto y en un entorno agradable, el pueblo es muy tranquilo y pequeño y con encanto. Muy recomendable.

Toll für für große Gruppen

Großes Haus mit genügend Platz! Schöne Schlafräume (wir hatten auch 2 Gitterbetten bekommen) und Badezimmer im landesüblichen Stil, jede Etage verfügt über einen eigenen Wohnbereich und eine voll ausgestattete Küche, sowie einen riesigen Balkon (Terrasse). Beim Pool gibt es eine ebenfalls ausgestattete Outdoor Küche. Es gibt genügend Liegen und der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Im Innenhof ist Platz für 4 große Autos. Der Bäcker ist 5 min Fußweg entfernt und in 10 min erreicht man ein wunderschönes, gutes Restaurant (bei der Kirche). Hier kann man auch Pizza bestellen. Leider hat die Klimaanlage während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert und auch der Hausmeister konnte nicht helfen. Es war sehr, sehr warm in den Schlafräumen, welche zur Straße schauen. Abends und nachts war es sehr laut, weshalb man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte.

Veel ruimte voor persoonlijke vrijheid

Mooi gelegen vakantiewoning met fijn buitenverblijf bij het zwembad om met de groep samen te eten. Goede kookuitrusting en bbq om voor grote groep te koken. Fijn dat de kamers een eigen badkamer hadden.
