Introducing Villa Pine at Hugga In the Hills, our pet free Scandinavian inspired DECONSTRUCTED villa; four unique buildings nestled within the heart of the Hocking Hills. Sprawling over 42 acres of private landscape, this is more than a getaway—it's an experience of outdoor living. Just a leisurely 3-4 miles from Cedar Falls and the storied Old Man's Cave, you're perfectly positioned to explore the natural wonders that define the Hocking Hills.

We understand that travel can be stressful, which is why we simplify every touch to make your stay as easy and effortless as possible. Time is a precious commodity, and we make it our mission to protect every second you spend with us.

Upon booking you will receive an email confirmation with your stay information, including check -in information, door code, Wi-Fi information and link to our Villa Manual containing everything you need to know about Hugga and the surrounding region of the Hocking Hills.


Villa Pine was built around an old growth Pine group, that we opened up and have begun reforestation by introducing younger generation hemlocks to the area. At Hugga, our goal is to be stewards of the land and to blend our Villas seamlessly with it. From the creation of over two miles of hiking trails to reforestation and creek restoration our goal is to intentionally enhance the land while supporting its natural ecology. Over the course of the project, we have created sanctuaries for bats, owls, and birds to improve habitat within our property and enhance our guests’ stay on the property.

Only 2 Miles from Cedar Falls, 4 Miles to Old Man's Cave, and 7 miles from Conkle's Hollow -- there are endless activities in this area. To name a few: zip-lining & canopy tours, canoeing trips, hiking & biking trails, fishing, and horseback riding. There are also several local shops, restaurants, breweries, scenic tours and the John Glenn Astronomy Park.


The entire Villa is yours. You also have access to our trails throughout our 42 private acres.

Wi-Fi: While we have the premier Starlink Wi-Fi system setup in our villas, we are in an extremely rural area where internet is often spotty - we ask that you come prepared to unplug in the case that the Wi-Fi signal is not perfect during your stay.

There is a propane grill on the deck. We have grill tools supplied in the kitchen. We also have a fire pit, and firewood at your Villa for your use. We include a Firestarter set and matches inside the Villa.

Parking includes access to WallBox EV Car Charging station (Type II).

The property is pet free.

As a guest of Villa Pine at Hugga In the Hills -Sleeps 5, you'll find a hot tub and barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
