Dear Sandra, we are glad you liked the location of our accommodation. We are sorry to hear about your review. Regarding the temperature, the booking platform contacted us to tell us about your discomfort regarding the temperature of your apartment, and when we checked it you had 23.3º at 00:40h, which is a more than pleasant temperature to sleep in the dates we are. However, you were told that you could make use of the extra duvet provided on the sofa bed if you thought it convenient. Regarding the noise of works in another building and for which we are not responsible, as you understand, we have no prior notice to warn our customers.
