If I had to add an improvement, it would have to be the freshness of the breakfast buffet. Fruits were too ripe and selections werent that great. Coffee machine was broken.

Nice bed, roomy, a bit of street noise by our room, but not too bad. Enjoyed the stay very much, and breakfast was magnificent. Really enjoyed that it catered for all different types of ethnicities and religions, so it had a very international and welcoming vibe. Would stay again for sure.

Worst stay in history

Long waits to take the elevator, broken AC, ceiling stained, uncomfortable beds and worst of all bugs in the bathroom on multiple nights. I killed them myself, reported it and received no follow up, no refund, nothing. I would not stay here.

Hotel is lovely. Room was very clean, beds super comfy and great air conditioning. Most of the staff are very nice but some treat you differently when you dress casually. I'm not rich but like to stay in nice hotel's but don't like to be treated as a second class citizen. Place is filled with entitled rich people who act like the world owes them something. Housekeeping staff were outstanding, and a credit to the hotel. So this is a very nice hotel and maybe if you wear the right clothes and walk round looking down on people you'll have a great experience.
