Brilliant hotel, exceeded expectations. Loads of complimentary products, staff were so helpful & we had a great time! Room was spacious, everything was great.

Long weekend break
Pros:The smell was amazing, the staff very friendly, the quietness even though near very busy road and Liverpool Street station.
Location:Location good Liverpool Station next door so tube handy for travel. Walking is more fun the architecture is amazing.
My daughter & I thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at this amazingly fragranced hotel the smell was gorgeous. Staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very spacious clean,quiet and very comfortable we both slept well. On our return visit we hope to visit the Japanese restaurant as have heard it is very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel and it so close to the station.

Amazing location
Fantastic. Staff couldn't have been better. Even sent a bottle of complimentary wine to the room as we'd told them it was a rare break from the kids. Couldn't recommend any higher. Will be back.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Hatte zuerst ein Zimmer mit Dusche bekommen, obwohl ich eine Badewanne bei der Buchung gewünscht hatte. Obwohl es noch früh am Morgen war, konnte ich bereits einchecken und gegen Mittag in das Zimmer mit Badewanne umziehen (ist alles problemlos in meiner Abwesenheit vonstattengegangen, auch das Gepäck wurde transferiert). Als aufmerksame Geste, habe ich auch noch eine duftende Badekugel von Lush geschenkt bekommen, um mein Bad nach einem 12 Stunden Flug zu genießen. Service und Aufmerksamkeit wirklich hervorragend! Die Lobby des Hotels wurde gerade umgebaut und ziemlich fancy gestaltet. Wahrscheinlich soll damit eine etwas hippere Zielgruppe angesprochen werden. Mir hat der elegantere Stil zuvor etwas besser gefallen; ist jedoch Geschmacksache. Schade finde ich auch, dass das kostenlose Getränkeangebot in der Lobby nur mehr zu vorgegebenen Zeiten gilt und auch die Auswahl verkleinert wurde (vermisse die Ginger Limonade). Die Zimmer entsprechen dem gewohnten Standard und sind modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet (gut bestückte Minibar mit Softdrinks ist inklusive); die Betten sind toll und die Bettwäsche ein Traum (griffig und frisch). Ich liebe auch die hochwertigen Bathroom amenities von REN. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und man ist in Kürze beim Borough Market oder in der multikulit Gegend um die Brick Lane herum, mit einer Vielzahl an Restaurants, Märkten und Gallerien.

I am pleased to learn that you have enjoyed comforts of our hotel bedroom and that our lovely team has taken such a great care of you and went beyond in making sure that you are comfortable in the preferred room with a bath!
Our lobby bar has been remodelled since the lobby renovation and we do now serve complimentary drinks between hours of 7:00am-10:00am and 19:00pm-20:00pm. Outside of these hours you can still enjoy the use of the bar and some new cocktails for a small charge.
