We had no internet access for the duration of our stay. For some reason, they could not get it fixed. As tourists in a foreign country we had very limited options, and found the situation very restrictive. TV broadcast was very choppy.
we booked 4 bedroom apartment, its good in size but its not fully equipped! it needs more tables in the sleeping room, there is no dressing table in any room! no trash can in the bathrooms and rooms, the seating area in the living room is tooooo small! its enough for 3 person only!! while its must enough for 8 person since it is 4 bedroom apartment. The main problem that we faced in that apartment that once we used the toaster in kitchen then the electricity went off! we called the head office like a million times and every time they told us that they sent a technician to solve the problem but nobody came, it was at 11 morning !! many calls and many complaining but nobody came, till they closed at 5pm then nobody answer the phone after, then we contacted expedia and hotels.com to make a complain, i talked HOURS by phone trying to find a solution for this problem, there was no electricity in the apartment! no lights! and we cant do anything! until somebody came at 12 mid night and he opened a locked door in the apartment, inside that locked room the electricity box and he turn it on again! FINALLY! AFTER 13 HRS WITH NO ELECTRICITY! IT WAS A HORRIBLE DAY! AND VERY BAD STAFF AND SERVICE .. after that he apologized many times for what happend and he said that they will give us a discount or a voucher something like this for what happens for us but they didnt !! i dont recommend staying in this apartment for anyone ..
Staff who met with us was rude and unprofessional, no courteousy at all in meeting guests. She informed an hour before arrival (7pm) she would be late in meeting us by half hour and when we met, we were penalised GBP30 for being late, according to her stated in the contract, even though she too was late. Unfair treatment. Stove was not in proper working condition, so we could not prepare meals, (unable to heat uneven surface pans), kettle was rusted inside, shower door was broken (was informed later that apartment management had knowledge of this but did not care to disclose) and we were inconvenienced to share the shower, holiday spoilt. The apartment was new furnituedand and many things were not ready like ..no mirrors in bed rooms .no waste baskets in bathrooms .no apparatus for cleaning floor.
I think if this things fixed .will be great .
Sijainnin vuoksi saavuimme alueelle jo toisen kerran. Täältä pääsee hetkessä metrolla ja busseilla minne vain. Lähellä paljon kauppoja ja ruokapaikkoja, sekä lasten ikisuosikki Primark. Huoneisto on kiva vaihtoehto perheille ja isoille porukoille. Modernit, siistit tilat, joista käsin on kiva tutkailla Lontoota.
Merci a Diego de nous avoir attendu. Nous nous etions perdus. L'appartement est pres d'un métro. Tout Londres est accessible. Epicerie pas loin de l'appartement. L'appartement est securitaire et spacieux. WIFI disponible. Belles grandes chambres et lits confortables. Propreté des lieux. Balcon et grande cour comme paysage arriere. 2 salles de bain. Bémol: la porte de douche etait brisée dans la salle de bain de la chambre. J'ai demandé qu'on vienne la réparer sans résultats. Il y a des chaudrons avec un revetement qui fait que les ronds du poele ne fonctionnent pas. Ca nous a pris un certain temps avant de le comprendre. (chaudron oranges).La cafetiere était brisée. On n'est pas venu pour réparer.
Pour le reste tout est excellent surtout propre propre, sécuritaire et spacieux et je recommande fortement l'appartement.
