Room need to renovate or upgrade.

The room I have may need to upgrade or renovate. Noise from the tube line nearby can be very bad for light sleeper. Suggest to fix some sound proof window. Heating at the entrance is warm but not the bed at the other end. May be the day I check in is very cold and I have to wear my jacket to sleep with the blanket. Staffs are very nice.

Terrible experience.

Terrible apartment being managed. Is the management that's the problem. I know it's a cheap hotel and I'm not expecting a 3 star or even 2 star comfort facility but at least the night staff can be a little more friendlier and helpful that won't cost you a buck. And the room itself is already small but they still want to keep a table and a wardrobe which I think is unnecessary, you can just scrap that out and provide more space and comfort. The management on this really sucks, they do not seems to have any plannings at all for the apartment. It's like it's left there untouched for years without improvising a little and just let the housekeeping maintain the beds. Just poorly managed.

The location of the hotel is very good

The room was good and clean, but the breakfast room was very small and had lots of people, the food did not have so many choices.
