The communal lobby and stairs are bare and rough. The lift is ancient and not for the claustrophobic. Apartment 3 on the third floor was clean, very spacious and a great place to stay. I slept very well. Inside the apartment is in need of maintenance with a panel missing in the kitchen and walls need repainting. Overall I would stay again. The area around the apartment is good.
