very bad service, cheated

Don't be fooled by this, they ignore you all day, then after 6 pm they write that something is broken and ask you to cancel, but after 6 pm you can't cancel the house.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
No one was available to let us in the room so we couldn’t stay there. No person answered the phone and there was no reception office. A very poor experience and we had to find alternative accommodation.
