Belvedere was in great location. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores and Paddington station. The room was clean but it was a bit hot as there wasn't any Air conditioning but they provided us with a fan. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Comfortable, clean room in a convenient location. You may need to climb a couple of flight of stairs to access the room though

Place was cute. But, we didn't ask if they had an elevator or lift. They didn't. My daughter has Cerebral Palsy and I've had 6 back surgeries. The stairs were cute but, narrow and we were located up 4 flights with 3 big bags. Otherwise, it was nice and close to everything.
Was told I had been upgraded, but found myself in a dark downstairs room that literally shook every time an underground train went by. I was told there were no options to be moved and that the trains would stop at midnight. Obviously they started again at 5am, so I slept very poorly. When I asked for an iron and ironing board, I was taken through a maze of corridors to an underground hallway and told I could use it there. So my only option was to trapse my clothes through the hotel at 10pm. My phone had no service in the basement room. The stairs were extremely steep and narrow and no help was offered with my suitcase. I felt it was quite dangerous.
This is NOT a hotel but more a rooming house
Specifically requested not to be on top floor as 70 steps and no elevator and had to fight to get relocated to a very small room in basement with no a/C or fan or fridge or phone so no wake up if you wanted one. Avoid Room 1 as you hear subway until they stop.
Yeah I get location is handy but, really, this place is over priced for what it is and to call it a hotel is a little misleading. Try A1 a block up on Praed
Be ready to walk up stairs, but otherwise this was a very good hotel. Also close to a train station which made getting around very easy. Staff very friendly.
Comfy place to put your head. Perfect for city visits, over and underground stations all over and very close.
You can here the underground but I loved that. Evenings outside are mostly quiet after the commute has died down.
You will not be disappointed with the food choices nearby. Highly recommend Mickys fish and chips round the corner by the hospital. Beautiful gardens opposite.
Ideal location, Paddington station within walking distance, market halls a fabulous place for food and drink and some great little coffee shops in the area to.
The Belvedere hotel was conveniently located to transportation and an easy walk to sights. There was not a lift, so it was not as accessible for people with mobility issues.
Room was dirty. Room was in the basement where the underground tube would run underneath every 10 minutes shaking the entire room. Room was very very small, no room for luggage. Shower door was full of rust. Sink had not been cleaned. Window opened up to an alleyway and didn’t lock. Manager got mad at me for complaining and was very rude, made me extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend this place to anybody ever. Stay literally anywhere else. The pictures available are very deceiving.
