There is no way these glowing reviews are not bots or chat GPT. This hotel is 2-3 stars at best. Room was filthy & disgusting, and had a huge pillar in the middle making it tiny - false advertisment...not the room I selected. It smelled awful and the AC did not work. Checked right out the next day. Found a gorgeous serviced apartment that was above all: clean and nice...and the same price. The hotel managment at Bermonds Locke is a disaster to deal with, and outright dishonest. Thank god I disputed on my CC and got a FULL REFUND. Our trip would have been ruined if we had stuck it out in this dump.

In general good value, quiet and safe neighbourhoods. The interior is a bit outdated but it’s clean. The amenities are good for longer stay (washer, pot, utensils, stove and oven). 15 minutes walk to the subway, bus stop right in front.

Hotel was nice, rooms are not fancy but do the job. Bed was comfy and room was dark for sleeping. Safe area but not the best street but 5 min walk into the cute area around the block. Staff was nice and accommodating. First time in London so would have liked more high end and right in city but price was great. Restaurant on site was great and so was the coffee shop with light bites. Great working spaces and long stay amenities in room (Kitchenette and washer/dryer)

*Great location and staff.* Cute design. Loud doors and cabinets and issues w appliances and loud plumbing that apparently has issues. Nice options to have kitchen and they have basic kitchen essentials and appliances. (Washer dryer didn’t work so well but would have been nice to have if it did.) Maybe not the most peaceful because of the building noise but overall good. Very busy cafe and workspace on street level. 10-15 min walk to London Bridge station and bus stop on the block. Nice little park next door. Lots of cafes, and some restaurants and bars down the street and around the corner. Not 5 star but overall would recommend and stay there again.

Staff was very courteous and helpful from beginning to the end. However, this place seems more like a rental apt than a hotel room, e.g. rooms are only cleaned once in 7 days; u can request linen to change your own beds; no trash bags or pick up available- just one small trash can in the bathroom; only one bedspread for one of two beds and no closet. Perfect for someone who needs a temporary apartment but not for someone looking for a traditional hotel room. Again, wonderful stagf!

Great Paris

Very nice place, convenient and super friendly staff. The particular room we were assigned was difficult with luggage we had for a total of 3 week trip (4 nights at this location)…. The layout was very restricted in where to put things. The other couple we traveled with had a different room layout and it was MUCH better.

This is an amazing place to stay and the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and the kitchen area was very useful to have. It is in a great location near to Tower Bridge and easy to get to other visitor attractions. Would highly recommend.

This place checked all the boxes for me: quiet, early check-in, luggage storage, and a coffee shop in lobby. The staff were all incredibly helpful and nice. If I were back in London, I would definitely stay here again.
