We were looking for a clean comfortable hotel within walking distance to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Best Western Delmere was exactly that. The room and bathroom was clean and nicely appointed and the area around the hotel felt safe. It was nice to find a reasonalby priced accomodation in London.

This property is on the beautiful, safe and quiet Sussex Street. It's only a 7-minute walk to Paddington Station. The solo traveler room with the twin bed was clean, light switches were high tech and easily accessible. The bathroom is micro, but clean, properly appointed and efficient. The staff are pleasant, professional and very attentive. I enjoyed my stay at the property.

This was our second stay at the Delmere. The staff was very kind and helpful, but we were disappointed with the room this time as it was very stuffy. I didn’t feel very comfortable opening a first floor window to let in the air. We did receive some oscillating fans (they do have a/c, it’s just not great in that room) but they didn’t help too much. I would have rather stayed on a higher floor where we could open a window if needed too. Still very convenient to dining, Paddington Station, and Hyde Park.
