Good on site restaurant

The check in staff were great and we ate dinner in the on site restaurant which was very nice. Its rare these days that a mid range hotel has an on site family restaurant that serves all meals. They also offered room service. Maybe because its also a conference centre. The only disappointment was that the bathroom didn't have a bath tub and the room door opened right into the the bedroom and the vanity area was right next to the door and also included the coffee maker, coffee etc so it was a bit tight in that area.

The overall atmosphere is nice and family friendly. The pool area is lovely when the various kids let you get in the hot tub. Some as young as toddlers were in the tub and only 7 allowed at once though I saw up to 10. My son did like the water slide and the kids that ran it were responsible. We were there 3 nights mon-thur. Tuesday went by and we had no housekeeping done, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and let another day go by just re-used towels. On Wednesday, we made sure to be out all day so that they were able to have time to clean. We got back and still around 430pm there was no housekeeping taking place. We went downstairs to the front desk to ask the policy who then told us you need to request housekeeping. That is news to me as I've been before and never once requested it, and in fact the QR code in the hotel room with the services listed says you need to request to not have housekeeping service for the length of your stay. Anyway, the front desk had to bring us towels, coffee and cups. Though they brought the items, the rooms garbages were full, we had a pile of towels and none of that was attended to. Very dissatisfied with the service this time.

Great place to stay with kids, they loved the pool and arcade! Great location to get to tons of fun stuff too.

The property was nice. The disappointment was that when we wanted to use the hot tub and pool it was extremely busy with families. The hot tub has a note about kids in it but parents let them in and it was crowded and not enjoyable. Later there were kids running down the hallway at 11-1130 pm, with no parent supervision. Was going for wedding anniversary over night .
