The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable. The TV was large and supported streaming services. The breakfast was a buffet with many choices. My husband enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and warm. The shower was super. The decor i the halls was nice -- a wide collection of Group of 7 art. The lobby was comfortable. We sat there to do some work. The breakfast was superb.

This hotel was great. Clean, quiet, free parking, right off Hwy 401, 13 kms west of London. Booked on-line, seamless check-in, large, inviting lobby/lounge area, snacks for purchase. The room was clean, quiet, room safe, fridge, microwave, comfortable beds. Staff was great, breakfast included, which was a small but good buffet. Special mention to the friendly night clerk and 2 gentlemen who worked in the restaurant at breakfast - Olaksandr and Heberth. They were professional, projected a happy demeanor and were kind and helpful.

We were very happy with the room. It was clean and provided all the amenities we expected. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The dinner in the Italian restaurant was excellent and in the morning we enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
