We thought the location was fabulous! Tons of amenities close at hand, access to the underground and really central to go to many attractions. We even spoke with a staff who was originally from Italy and she was so lovely. It was definitely different from staying at a hotel but we really enjoyed.

False advertising and missold - avoid this company! Honestly a nightmare company, so difficult to use their app. Demand a strict multi step check in process with many different uploads, verification, personal details that other companies don't ask, etc. On top of this, the property advertised (rooftop apartment) isn't what's listed. They refused to give any reasonable compensation for that too, so clearly they're out to scam people. Honestly if this wasn't near my office, I would never have booked.

Excellent place for family trips, and quite spacious if you were two person as well. The rooms are clean, minimalist, full of small perks. Underground station right to the corner, Millenium bridge at walking distance, Saintsbury, ATM, tour bus stop (St. Paul cathedral), travel information kiosk, and finally, 7 pubs right downstairs.

Nor were management willing to resolve after I informed them. Would not use this property again. Too impersonal with no dedicated reception. I miss the mirror in the bedroom. The mirror in the bathroom was too far so it was difficult to get a good visibility of the face. We miss the microwave very much.

Very good overall

The apartment was good for a family of 4 and the host always asking for our impression and needs. Provided a lot of ammenities and extra stuff on the entry level for backup. Had heater for towels but a tiny shower space. Three things I didn´t like: there wasn´t a laundry machine or a microwave, and the noise from the pubs and parties on neighbourhood were disturbing at night (although it had double windows).

Great apartment to use as a base to explore L’don

Really nice apartment, everything you need in a great location that is vibrant. Would be perfect in the colder months. My only piece of advice is to invest in changing the glass windows/doors of the kitchen/living room because the room was too hot and uncomfortable due to the direct sunlight onto it and even the AC unit struggled to cope with getting the temperature down but once it did it was more comfortable.

While the host is fantastic and responsive, the unit has great amenities. However….is excessively loud, when the people stop drinking in the streets (around 11:30/12), the garbage trucks show up, then you hear smashing glass from the recycle trucks, then street cleaners. This went on all three nights until 5am. We wore earplugs and took nytol but could not sleep. Location is fantastic and if you can handle very little sleep, then it’s a great place. (There was a heat wave so with no air conditioning we had to keep the windows open)
