Cancelled last minute on Oasis Gig day

The host cancelled at lunch time on the biggest event of the year, it wasn’t u til I phoned him questioning it and told him it’s unreasonable that he said he would find some where for us Called back, arranged another room at our cost, only to find it was the exact same address and house but smaller room, clearly sold it to a higher bidder So we were left out of pocket to chase it and concerned of no accommodation. He wouldn’t have cared less if I hadn’t told him

Avoid at all costs!!!

They contacted me at 11.30pm the night before our stay to cancel with an apparent leak. Have not been able to contact them since. Trying to sort out a refund as I had already paid. Had to sort out alternative accommodation through another booking agent at 1am the morning of my London stay. Avoid at all costs.
