The mattres in the bed was hard Pillows was hard and difficult to sleep on When moved the lamp on the side table, you could see mark of mugs / drinks No hand towel holder in the bathroom - not replaced and only some bolts on the wall The toilet flush was only working on the full empting of water (not the save water alternative) There were stains on the mirrors from previous guests The sink in the bathroom had chip and cracks in it The temperature in the room was cold! We turned the temperature to 24 degrees but we never felt it warmed up properly!

Avoid clayton for a good nights sleep as a family.

Do not stay here if you need connecting rooms because despite ringing before, booking it through the website and then called ahead i expected the same service id expect from a 4 star hotel. Both Beds in both rooms were itchy. No point complaining as we were told hotel was full so wed not be able to move. Room service was late. Could list more but pointless as Clayton wont be interested.

The rooms are very quiet and clean. The breakfast that is offered is amazing with lots of choices! The staff are friendly and really go that extra mile for their customers.

While the hotel is very clean, clean and well located for my purposes, it is not designed for short people. Towel bars were so high I could not reach to hang up a towel. Nor does it have enough storage space for a long stay that said I would stay there again because of the location, the staff and the overall ambience.

Clean room and friendly staff, though a couple of issues. Purchased celebration package and they forgot to place in the room on arrival. Heating in room did not work and was freezing, plus event in function room and was so noisy in room until early morning. Great location and parking otherwise. Extremely comfortable beds and great bathroom

Really nice hotel, kept up very well. The staff was kind enough to upgrade my room when there was a slight issue with my initial room which was appreciated! Breakfast options were good with options to order specific things from the kitchen! The only down side is that it’s least 40/50 mins away from central London!
