Great Hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights for business in the City, is a great hotel on the edge of the City, close to the tube and with a good car park onsite. Service is pretty good most of the time and food is okay too. Overall a very good hotel

Hotel looks and feels good in the lobby, however room areas are run down, somewhat smelly and old. Our room was not very clean, bathroom sink drain not draining at all. Couch surface was dirty and nasty, behind the couch lots of dust and debris.

The hotel is starting to show it's age. Staff are friendly and accommodating but the rooms are dated with scuff marks and the executive suit was a huge disappointment

could be great, but was a let down

online check inn didnt work sofa bed wasnt made up both room tvs didnt work breakfast was freezing even the fresh made was cold. the hotel could be great but lacks the basics. cold sausages and freezing eggs is behond any hotel a working tv and having beds made up when its clear they will be needed

Some room issues

I have stayed here about 6 times before. This time there were a few room issues I didn't expect, which was disappointing as I has not experienced them before. A quality control check could have identified these issues. The aircon when set to 18 didn't cool the room below 24, and this was in April. Chipped paint. Cracked filler. Marked door to room. Tv very difficult to select channel. Mould in shower.

Excellent all round

Excellent stay and secure underground parking for £22. Just a few minutes walk to Gunnersby tube station. Very Clean hotel and the rooms are the most comfortable I’ve stayed in around London. All round 5 stars from me and will be returning frequently

Good quality hotel and reasonable price

Convenient location for Chiswick. On street parking at weekend. Good quality hotel with comfortable bed, large sized bathroom and space. Excellent customer service with quick check-in, room service request.

Good convenient hotel with parking onsite - good alternative to central London hotel options if location works (which it does for me with a car). Also across the street from tube station with tube access via District line to the centre of the city.

Beware customer experience will vary widely depending on whether they were lodging in the old part of the hotel or the new part. We were in the old part in an upgraded Executive King room - our friends were in a standard king and had a much better experience. Our bath was more than adequate, although counter space is VERY limited. Our lounge area had a small sofa - no side tables at all! No place for coffee cup at all. Our bedroom area had a small bistro table at the foot of the bed - no chairs! Closet had 3 hangers for a couple staying 5 nights! I have definitely stayed in far worse! However paying for the upgraded room was a big mistake. When you book or check in insist on the newer structure at the rear of the hotel!
