We found the apartment was very well managed. Our host got in touch with us way before, and sent us all the information that we needed for the stay, and they stay in touch with us throughout our entire trip which was very assuring. The place was lovely, well equipped with amenities. Both thumbs up!
Great apartment, loads of space, really clean and comfortable. Communication before and during was great. One tip would be to confirm what apartment and where it is - I asked at the taxi rank and they were helpful, so really not the end of the world. Would highly recommend for anyone working in Canary Wharf.
Very nice apartment, clean and modern 5 mins to DLR and 10 mins to Jubilee line. Beautiful view over the city, Tesco just across the street perfect for 2 people visiting/working in Canary Wharf.
This apartment is very close to the canary warf station and very comfortable. The owner was very friendly. Check-in and check-out systems were a bit unfamiliar, but you will be familiar with this system right away. The cleanliness of the bed and toilet was very perfect.
Appartamento moderno e situato in zona comoda per i servizi ( supermercati etc etc).
Peccato per uno dei 2 letti indicatoci come doppi che in realtà era secondo noi ad una piazza e mezza ( ma tutto è relativo....).
Infine una migliore comunicazione sulle modalità d'uso del parcheggio prima di partire ci avrebbe evitato una multa per la mezz'ora di tempo che ci è servita a comprendere che bisognava registratsi su di un sito e provvedere online al pagamento. Il tempo di fare tutto ciò e ricevevamo una multa da 100 Sterline.....
Peraltro l'addetto alla reception ( che non abbiamo mai visto) si è dimostrato invece efficiente per una piccola riparazione che abbiamo richiesto telefonicamente.
Gli unici brutti ricordi di una esperienza nel complesso positiva.
