Heating not working in room, but they did supply a fan heater. Internet did not work for the first 3 days, after it was fixed all good. Sometimes there was not water coming out of the shower or tap, Normally if you waited 5 min it would be back. i think the water was to due with high demand in peak times. But the place was clean, and staff was very friendly.

Walkable from a few Undergrounds having easy access into London centre. Plenty of places for food and a large shopping centre (westfield) within walking distance. Efficient for my solo stay without a vehicle. Thank you!

It was ok, but there was smoking everywhere even though they say strictly non-smoking. The rooms are difficult to get into with luggage, and the people above us were so loud I thought they might come through the floor.

We stayed in the room by the front door and you could hear everything that happened in the street. Lots of police, ambulances and fire engines pass up and down the street. The room was tidy, but shows signs of age and is tired.

I had a wonderful stay! The best thing about this hotel is the staff — they are exceptionally polite and professional, which made my experience very pleasant. Checked in and checked out with ease. The beds are also wider and more comfortable than those in other hotels in the area. The location is perfect, close to all amenities including shops, the tube, restaurants, and even a church. Highly recommended!

Damp needs sorting

Room had damp which caused our pillows near the window to be wet. No hand towel for the bathroom and felt the room was dirty. Didn’t want to go complain at reception due to having to go out of the hotel, cross the road and go to reception which was in a different hotel. Not wanting to waste time
