I had a wonderful stay! The best thing about this hotel is the staff — they are exceptionally polite and professional, which made my experience very pleasant. Checked in and checked out with ease. The beds are also wider and more comfortable than those in other hotels in the area. The location is perfect, close to all amenities including shops, the tube, restaurants, and even a church. Highly recommended!

Damp needs sorting

Room had damp which caused our pillows near the window to be wet. No hand towel for the bathroom and felt the room was dirty. Didn’t want to go complain at reception due to having to go out of the hotel, cross the road and go to reception which was in a different hotel. Not wanting to waste time

The reception staff was terrible. We had to ask for simple things, like extra pillows 3 times before anything happened. Also, the light in the bathroom flickered constantly or didn't turn on at all most of the time. They sent someone up once, but his solution only solved the problem until we turned the light off and on again. We had to use your phone torches to see.

Not a great experience

My room was basically a glorified closet, which I didn't realize. The bed was really uncomfortable and lumpy, the service was essentially nonexistent. There was no air (but a giant fan) so I had to leave the windows cracked and I had a few bugs.They did replace my towel and take out my trash in-between days so that was nice. I would not recommend this place nor would I stay there again. The pictures are definitely deceiving.
