Stayed for two nights the AC was stuck on heat on the first night resulting in a dreadful sleep. They moved us rooms but no genuine apology for the 1st night. Disappointed

The location is in newly developed area of King’s Cross and is very modern. Bar food is average at best and we had to go out to eat better. I ordered a lamb kofta meal (cost 39£ ) on the 3 rd day of our stay and I could not eat this meal, at best it resembled something that was found behind an oven with salad heading south and cold chips, after waiting 25 mins. We have stayed in many Crowne plazas and the bar food here needs significant review towards improvement . We reported our concern twice and no offer of refund. Otherwise the staff here were super friendly and helpful. We won’t be back here again.

The hotel was lovely. The location was perfect. I am currently on a scooter and the handicap facilities were quite good. I was able to move about. The breakfast was excellent. My only advice is to go early.

Fantastic room, but since we stayed over new year there was a queue for breakfast both days. However, there was enough food when we got a table. Also had to take stairs due to amount of people. It was unfortunate that 1 lift was out of action over such a busy period. Staff were friendly though.
