Perfectly located for the London Stadium & the Westfield Centre is just across the road. Everything is an easy walk. The hotel was stunning, clean & comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

+ The hotel room was very nice. + The bathroom products also very good - Drinking water is available from reception. You're left an empty decanter to fill your own. Not great if you're on the 17th floor. Or hot. Or both. Its not Eco to use the lift to get water. - Breakfast buffet a bit poor for 4* Hilton

Hit & Miss, Great on some things not so good on ot

Wheelchair user, the hotel is on a hill with tricky crossings. door entrance was a bit tricky to get across and I needed help to get over the threshold bump. Staff had lowered accessible reception area but chose to make me get out of my wheelchair to lean on large one to fill out forms and use card payment machine. Staff seemed friendly but not very helpful. Accessible room comfortable and good size, kettle etc. we’re on a high unit, wardrobe was high rail also. Bathroom had barn door that was so heavy and difficult to open my partner had to do it ever time for me. Toilet far too high although an accessible one which you had to sit side ways on due to the accessible sink being on your knees. Main sink could have just been lowered? Room size excellent good ra le to eat at, bed good height. Room to transfer to a bed. TV restricted to free view but ok, emergency pulls excellent, floor to ceiling windows. Floor was half wood/carpet. Could have done with some bed cushions to sit up with. Pillows were nice but flatten out fast, amazing duvet and mattress. Air con goes as low as 18 degrees only which was ok for us. As soon as you leave the room it switches to 22 degrees, still ok for us. Provide a glass bottle you have to take downstairs to get drinking water from which can take some time. Restaurant: steak place food was excellent, staff ok, for some reason there is a DJ on so loudly that you have to shout at each other, then a mic’d saxophone starts walking around the tables.

Great stay close to Westfield shopping centre

Beautiful hotel, room is fantastic, lots of facilities and absolutely immaculate. Staff here cannot do enough to help. Only slight negative is the lift system isn’t explained (maybe we were stupid) you need to have your keycard with you to swipe then select your floor, otherwise you will be up and down like a yo-yo never actually reaching the floor you require! Obviously that didn’t happen to us

Underwhelming and Pricey

For this price point, the breakfast was poor ( Premier Inn is better) The bed was too bouncy so you could feel every movement which was bad but the pillows and bedding very good. Light bleed from the windows, also bad.

The rooms were spacious the location was great the maid threw away an important electronic device on purpose because it offended her I guess. There was a false fire alarm at 2am one night & the hotel offered nothing as an apology not even a free coffee.

This hotel was superb! The staff were extremely attentive and responsive. The views are definitely unbeatable; rooms cleaned daily with fresh amenities also provided immediately upon request (Grown Alchemist hygiene products) Located literally across the street from the Stratford tube, perfect location. Definitely will be my go to hotel in London.
