John greeted us on our arrival, very warm and welcoming. Hotel was a perfect location for us driving in and parking was easy to find. The hotel was beautiful curated and lots of space to just sit for a moment. Our room was clean tidy and the kitchenette was perfect with a baby. Will absolutely stay again and recommend to everyone!

I am obsessed with this hotel. The decor is incredible and the ambience/vibes are so fun. The beds were insanely comfortable (always important to me) and it was great to have a cafe and restaurant on site. I had coffee and drinks there and both were excellent. The staff was super nice, place was clean, and I would hands down stay there again.

We spent 2 weeks at the property over Spring Break and it was lovely. The rooms are decorated beautifully, the bathrooms are a little tired and go could with some sprucing up, but for our family of 3 it wasn’t a deal breaker. The location is top notch for getting around London, the room was so quiet and peaceful at night we couldn’t wait to get back to sleep. The staff were accommodating and the overall vibe of the hotel is awesome. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is very cozy and we enjoyed having the kitchen amenities! The location is terrific, plenty of shopping, dining, gardens and museums near by, although Cromwell St is very busy street. The staff is fabulous- friendly and eager to make your stay a pleasant one

​I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Since my room faced the garden side, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. ​The staff were all so kind and welcoming. The only minor thing was that the entrance door felt a bit heavy, but it wasn't a big deal. I would love to stay here again!
