The staff was absolutely wonderful. Our room was comfortable for our family of four (two adults and two teens) and was nicey decorated with a Harry Potter theme. We did get a good laugh with how small the bathroom sink was, but we made due. The street was very quiet, in fact the whole area was very calm and quiet, yet a quick walk to the Victoria station and several main attractions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Harry Potter experience

The guy who checked us in (I forgot his name) was so nice & made us feel welcome. Tina was our server 3 days in a row and she was very friendly with great service. It was really fun staying here.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent location. Super safe at all hours. We loved the room and the small kitchenette. We didn't have time to go to the pool but it looked great. We will definitely stay here again when we are in London.

As a solo traveler, I stayed in the tiny single room. It was fantastic. Extremely small, but very cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a decent size. Cleaning staff did an excellent job every day. I did not have very much interaction with the Other staff members. But overall, it was absolutely perfect for my long weekend Solo getaway to London.

Characterful stay, comfortable bed, friendly staff and a nice breakfast. One issue is that it takes a long time (5 minutes +) for the hot water to come through for the shower. I mentioned this to the receptionist, who explained that as I was staying at the top of the hotel which is in an old building, it takes a while for the hot water to come through. Just something to consider if you are in a rush and don’t like cold showers.
