The first room we were assigned smelled very strongly of mold. The front desk was kind and assigned us to another room which was a bit better but still felt old and stuffy with no operable windows. The standard suite has an extremely small bed, much smaller than a queen size. It was uncomfortable for two adults to share. We requested an early check-in weeks in advance which they were not able to accommodate. They were able to leave our bags at the front desk until check-in, but when we returned after check-in time we were told we could go get the bags in the baggage room or we could wait 20 mins for them to be delivered. When we went to retrieve our bags we saw several bags were being stored on the floor of a bathroom with an open toilet. For over $300 a night on a weekday, the overall conditions were just well below expectations.

The location, common areas, and staff are nice. My room was cramped and dingy with dirty carpet and a disgusting ceiling fan in the bathroom. The thermostat didn’t work and I was freezing cold. I was glad to only spend one night.

It was a good overnight stay, but the Heating of the room was not really functional, and the room's TV could not have the subtitles removed. As we were only there for one night, it was not a priority to complain to us, the room was clean, especially the bathroom and linen, breakfast good and all staff were courteous and helpful.

There was no heating, the centrally controlled heating system was blowing cold air despite showing 26C on the room monitor. and it was 8c outside so I was cold. I was asked to pay 20£ when I asked to check-out 1 hour later Cramped room Good points only were super nice staff at breakfast. And the low price for a 4 star rated hotel that feels more like a 2 star. Wont be returning.

The room was the size of a shoe box, not even a chair or a desk in it. Couldn't even open the door properly because the bed was too long Bathroom was missing the bath mat after the first night As a regular customer I would have expected something different
