Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The reason I am giving very low rating is the communication. Owner doubled booked the property and I wasted a full day looking for another property for my family and myself, costed me a fortune to find another hotel after he simply said he can’t accommodate us for double booking.
