This was our first time staying at this hotel, and it was very clean, and the lobby was quiet and welcoming. The staff are friendly and attentive. I especially want to mention the front desk attendant, though I’ve forgotten his name, he was exceptionally helpful and courteous. We'll be staying at this hotel again.

We had a very nice stay. We absolutely loved the rooftop bar and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be how low the beds were to the floor and there wasn't any complimentary bottled water in the room.

We really liked the hotel. The location is great, and the staff were friendly and polite. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The only minor issues were the lack of a USB-C charging port and a shower door that could use some repair

Perfect for a two night sight-seeing trip in Central London. A 5 min walk to the underground can grant you convenient access to Big Ben, The London Eye or The Shard, all of which can be partially seen from the roof-top bar. A pleasant, comfortable and quiet room despite jets flying over regularly (could see them but no noise). Friendlly and helpful staff. I would certainly stay there again.

Staff were great when the hairdryer was broken & sent someone up almost immediately with a new one. Due to ongoing works (we presume?) we struggled to sleep as there was a constant vibrating noise every few minutes all the way through both nights - couldn’t work out what it was, so had to sleep with the tv on to cover the noise.

Not the best experience

Room was in poor condition - curtain hanging off the rail and a/c didn’t work so it was stiflingly hot even in Feb. Duvet was dirty so we requested chamber service at 7pm, got back at 1am and it still hadn’t been done. Not a great stay.

Well located. Waterloo Station is very convenient. The only issue was the fire alarm rang a few times. There was no public address system to let guests know it was a false alarm. If there was a PA system, they didn’t use it. Staff was friendly and easy to deal with.

Great stay after a visit to the National Theatre

Great level of service, attentive and helpful staff. Absolutely cracking view over London. We ate lunch in the Circle Bar in the lobby. Not the cheapest but excellent nonetheless. Discovered a lovely organic white Rubio Rioja, after the bar tender kindly allowed us to taste all the dry whites on offer.
