I had a most enjoyable stay over the weekend. It was my first experience of staying at a Hilton hotel, and I would not hesitate to book again or recommend to a friend. Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming; the buffet breakfast was lovely with plenty of options (cereals, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, pastries, waffles, all the expected full english components etc); and the room was lovely and clean, with a comfortable bed & large TV. All round, a 10/10 stay. Thank you!

I like to stay at this hotel. It is usually very good. It's well placed for other services such as bars and restaurants and the tube. A little disappointed in the service this time. The staff we dealt with did not speak very good English. At breakfast there were only small side plates and no larger plates available which made getting breakfast very difficult.

Other than the dodge rain shower head needing a deep limescale removal as it wasn’t pouring down but at the weirdest angles; this is a standard Hampton hotel nice beds friendly staff, could look into holding breakfast somewhere other than the lobby and reupholstering sofas in the room. (This was reported at check out)
