The Hilton at Heathrow was a sight for sore eyes (and bodies). The staff were WONDERFUL. Truly excellent way to end a pretty horrific travel day. Thank you to all of the fantastic staff... just the loveliest people.

Different rooms have different a/c settings, previous room had a higher airflow and more cooler setting, this room had lower airflow and more warmer setting. Despite changing manual control unit in the room the a/c did not respond. All rooms should have good airflow not just few.
