Newer hotel and it was in great, clean condition. The reception team were efficient, and welcoming. Lots of parking as it shares a parking lot with the shopping centre. Convenient to have things like Dollarama, Giant Tiger, and the shopping centre so close. Although the shopping centre has very little, is older and mostly empty (but we didn’t come for the shopping so it didn’t affect us). A few minor critiques: for a new hotel the water pressure/flow in the sinks and shower was poor/low. Also, for some reason housekeeping did not freshen up our room on one of the days we were there even though we were gone from the room as of 9 am all day. All in all the hotel, with the amenities, was comfortable and provided us with a good stay

Loved our stay and will definitely return

We booked a room with a king bed, queen sofa bed and extra space. Very happy with how spacious the room was plus to our surprise a walk-in shower. The bathroom was very spacious and plenty of towels supplied. Loved that there was enough room to get in bed from both sides, with a night table and ottoman on each side. Loads of room between the bed and sofa bed with a good sized coffee table in front of the sofa bed. There was a comfortable chair, office chair and nice sized work desk plus enough room to place our carry-on suitcases. Over all a very nice room. Exceptionally friendly front desk staff. Expansive selection of both hot and cold breakfast buffet offerings, best ever seen on our extensive travels, Nice and quiet hotel in a convenient location to many amenities.
